Every garment undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection process. We check for structural integrity, authenticate designer labels, and grade each item from 'Good' to 'Pristine' so you know exactly what to expect.
When will my order ship?
We process most orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for vintage clothing?
We offer a 14-day return window for all items, provided the original Thrifted tags are still attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was significantly misrepresented.
How do I know if an item will fit me?
Vintage sizing often differs from modern standards. We provide flat-lay measurements (chest, length, waist, and inseam) in the product description of every item to help you find the perfect fit.
Are the clothes cleaned before being sold?
Yes, all items are professionally steamed and sanitized before being listed. However, for delicate vintage fabrics, we always recommend a professional dry clean or a gentle hand wash according to the care label upon arrival.
