Initiate Your Return
Log into your Thrifted.com account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return reference.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items back into their original packaging, ensuring all Thrifted.com security tags and brand labels remain attached and intact.
Affix the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old postage markers.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your local courier point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the items.
